The short version
We collect what we need to take your order, print it, ship it and email you about it. We don't sell your data, we don't run advertising trackers, and we never see your card number.
What we collect
- Your email address, so we can send an order confirmation and shipping notice, and so you can look the order up later.
- Your shipping address and name, so the printer can send the parcel, and optionally a phone number if the carrier needs it.
- What you ordered and what you paid, which we keep as the record of the sale.
- Basic server logs — timestamps, IP addresses and error traces — kept briefly to keep the site running and to limit abuse of the order-lookup form.
Your cart lives in your own browser's local storage until you check out. It never leaves your device until you do.
What we never see
Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes go straight to Square and are never sent to, processed by or stored on our servers. We only learn whether a payment succeeded and for how much.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that make the order happen, and only the part each one needs:
- Square — payment processing. They receive your payment details and email.
- Printify and its print providers — production and shipping. They receive your name, shipping address, email and what you ordered.
- Resend — email delivery. They receive your email address and the contents of the message.
Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that information. We don't share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it.
The social posts on our home page
The TikTok and Instagram cards on our home page are still pictures served from our own server, not embeds. No platform script runs on this site and your browser doesn't contact TikTok, Instagram or YouTube until you actually click through to a post — at which point you are on their site and their privacy policy applies.
Where it lives
Order and customer records are stored in our own database, on infrastructure we control, in the United States. They are not held in a third-party ecommerce platform.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD] to meet tax and accounting obligations and to handle later problems with an order. Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
Your choices
Email [PRIVACY EMAIL]and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We may have to keep the bare transaction record where the law requires it, and we'll say so if that applies.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor those requests regardless of where you live.
We only email you about orders you placed. We don't currently run a marketing list; if that changes, it will be opt-in and every message will carry an unsubscribe link.
Children
This store isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
