Returns

Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Every piece is printed for you after you order it, which is how we can carry a full S–5XL and Tall run without charging more for the bigger sizes. It also means an unwanted garment can't go back on a shelf — there isn't one.

So the policy is narrow on purpose, and the size guide below does the work a returns policy usually does. Please read it before you order.

We reprint or refund, your choice, at no cost to you, if:

• the print is misaligned, cracked, faded or the wrong artwork;
• the garment arrives damaged, stained or with a manufacturing fault;
• you received the wrong size, fit or item;
• your parcel is lost in transit, or tracking stops moving for an unreasonable stretch.

Tell us within 30 days of delivery. Send a photo of the problem and your order number to [SUPPORT EMAIL]— a photo is usually all we need, and we'll rarely ask you to ship anything back.

We can't accept returns or exchanges because a size didn't fit, because you changed your mind, or because you ordered the wrong one. A made-to-order garment has no second life, so a size-regret return means the piece is simply destroyed.

Our fits are oversized and boxyby design. If you want a standard fit, size down. If you're between sizes, size down. If you're unsure, email us before you order and we'll talk you through it — we would much rather spend five minutes on that than have you stuck with the wrong piece.

Reach us fast and we'll try. Once an order goes to the printer it can't be changed or canceled, and that usually happens within a few hours. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number as soon as you know.

Got the shipping address wrong? Tell us immediately. After it ships we can't reroute it, and a parcel delivered to an address you gave us isn't something we can refund.

$5.95flat, per order, anywhere we ship. Printing takes a few days before the parcel moves, and you'll get tracking by email the moment it does. You can also look up your order any time.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
