An order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we email your confirmation, and we may decline one — for example if a product is mispriced, a size is no longer available from our printer, or we suspect fraud. If we decline after you've paid, you get a full refund.

Everything is printed to order. Once an order reaches the printer it can't be changed or canceled; see Returns for what happens after that.

Prices are in US dollars and are the same across every size we offer — extended sizes carry no surcharge. Shipping is $5.95flat per order. Sales tax is added where we're required to collect it, which today means orders shipping to Texas.

Payment is handled by Square. We charge the total shown before you confirm, and we never receive or store your card details.

If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we'll contact you before charging you and you can confirm at the right price or cancel.

Production takes a few days before a parcel moves; delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. If a parcel goes missing in transit, that's ours to fix — see Returns. If it's delivered to an address you entered incorrectly, it isn't.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Garments are printed on heavyweight blanks and cut oversized. Measurements in the size guide are approximate and may vary slightly between runs. Screens and print processes render color differently, so the garment you receive may differ marginally in shade from the images.

Don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, and don't scrape it or resell our artwork. All designs, artwork, text and images here belong to us and can't be reproduced without written permission.

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes go to the state or federal courts serving [COUNTY] County, Texas.
